To qualify for 'Economy delivery', all items in your shopping cart must be 'Economy' items (as specified in the product descriptions).
For Channel Islands customers - please select Jersey or Guernsey as your country at the Checkout.
Services to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and some parts of the Scottish Highlands could take 2-3 days delivery.

These items will be delivered using a pallet shipping service.
Economy delivery of these items usually takes 2-5 working days within the UK mainland. A next work day service is available (at the checkout) for an extra fee.

Delivery times
- Delivery times are determined by: (1) whether the items selected are in stock, and (2) the delivery service selected.
- Stock items have an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days if 'Next day delivery' is selected, and 2-3 days if 'Economy delivery' is selected.
- Items that we don't hold in stock, but are available to order, usually have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days.
- We will contact you if any of the items in your order are out of stock and provide you with, if applicable: part-shipment options, the option to wait for all items, alternative product options or the option of a refund as a last resort.
- We're open Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, so if you place your order over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it won't be processed until the next working day.
Undelivered items
- Please leave a message in 'Order special instructions' (click on the shopping trolley icon, top-right) if you have a request for what to do with your parcel if you're out. For example 'leave with neighbour at 77'.
- Please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left in an unsecure location (not signed for) then you would be responsible if that parcel was not received.
- If you're out when we try to deliver then our courier will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour. Please specify in 'Order special instructions' if you don't want us to do this.
- If we're unable to deliver your item (to yourself or a neighbour) then it'll be:
(a) returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect (Economy delivery service) or
(b) returned to your nearest DX depot, and delivery will normally be attempted again the following working day (Next day delivery services). If unsuccessful again, then your parcel will be returned to your nearest DX depot. - In all cases of failed delivery, a card should be put through your letterbox to explain what's happened to your parcel.
- Your parcel won't be left in an unsecure location unless you specifically request it.
