Protimeter Digital Mini moisture meter is designed to help building professionals assess moisture levels in buildings when working on new builds and redeveloping existing structures. The enduring popularity of these moisture meters is attributable to their versatility, simple design, robust construction and ease of use. A colour-coded scale enables the user to assess the moisture level of wood and dry wall at a glance. The numerical values represent the actual percent moisture content of wood (% MC) and the wood moisture equivalent (WME) of concrete, dry wall and other materials. The Protimeter Digital Mini damp detector can be used to determine if the fabrics of a building are in a dry, borderline or in damp condition. The Protimeter Digital Mini features Protimeter’s unique, patent-pending reference mode that makes it easy to compare measurements taken at different points in a building against a selected baseline value. Optional hammer electrodes and deep wall probes (available separately on request) can be used with the Protimeter Digital Mini to measure sub-surface moisture levels at depths in walls and floors, regardless of the surface condition.
