Shipping & Handling

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied by BuyBrandTools.com are faulty or the incorrect goods have been sent, please contact us within 30 days of receipt (contact details above). You will be offered the choice of a full refund or exchange. You will be expected to return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them (we don't offer a collection service). Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your postage costs and either send the replacement goods to you or refund your payment, depending on which you have chosen.

If you wish to return the goods for any other reason then the same applies but you would be expected to pay the return postage costs.

Credit Card Security

The customer will be transferred to the secure PROTX server before they are asked to enter any credit/debit card details.

All transaction information passed between BuyBrandTools.com and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to BuyBrandTools.com from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. Once on the PROTX systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data that PROTX hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

PROTX has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

No individuals within PROTX are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. The PROTX systems only allow access to their most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police).
