This has become particularly apparent for staff working on motorways and A-roads.<\/p>\n<p>But what does this mean exactly? Well, the different colour hard hats will correlate with the person\u2019s job position.<\/p>\n<h2>Hard Hat Colour Codes<\/h2>\n<p><!--?php echo date('l jS F Y'); ?--><\/p>\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Black<\/strong> &#8211; primarily for site supervisors<\/li><li><strong>Orange<\/strong> &#8211; for signer or signallers<\/li><li><strong>Blue<\/strong> &#8211; identifies someone inexperienced or a visitor<\/li><li><strong>White<\/strong> &#8211; for general use, but also to identify a manager, client or a competent operative, or used on sites where colour coding is impractical<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most notably, the traditional yellow hard hat is missing from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Build UK stated that the initiative;
