The unique tapered design means the drift can be used for several hole sizes (as opposed to one size as with a carrot drift). As a result the steel fixers drift is more practical and a lot more cost effective with a "one drift fits all" approach - for example you would need £119 worth of carrot drifts alone to cover the range of diameters the 3 specialist steel fixers drifts cover!

The 3 sizes of drifts available cover all the main bolt sizes.

Ballistic Nylon Steel Erectors Pouch
Steel Erectors Ballistic Nylon Pouch - specially designed to facilitate steel fixers drifts (all 3 sizes).

Made from lightweight but incredibly durable ballistic nylon. The steel erectors pouch was designed to meet the needs of the steel erector based on the most frequently used tools and specialist drifts we supply. The pouch allows quick access to nuts and bolts, steel drifts, an adjustable podger spanner (via the wired-open pouch on the right) and club hammer (via the loop handle on the left). The pouch is ideal for use with the scaffold tool belt with lanyard clips.
