  Great Product  I have 2 one compact and 5 metre I have used since 1998 in my window & conservatory blinds company. I would not be without them, easy to use one man measuring, extremely accurate,don't need steps for long drops. not cheap but you get what you pay for. Used for at least 25 measures every day.   It's OK  It's fine for small measurements where you can hold both ends firmly, but anything more than that and it's virtually useless. I'm now back to using a standard tape measure. [Thanks for your feedback. I'm surprised that you're unhappy with the Messfix as its a very popular product and users often comment on how much easier it makes their jobs.   Great Product  I use many different gadgets to obtain lengths, levels and angles. Over 2mts it can become awkward using a traditional tape measure (especially in the wind)that is why I bought this measure.
