Delivery times

Delivery to countries outside of Europe will normally take 5-10 working days for stock items
If any of the items in your order are not in stock then we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel or amend your order - it is very important that you provide us with an email address that you check regularly
Estimated UK delivery times are given in the product information of each item - add 7 days to this to get an estimate for delivery to your country

Customs charges - Non-EU countries

International shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. We, as the seller, set the item's declared value in accordance with customs declaration laws. As a buyer you should be aware of possible:

Delays from customs inspections
Import duties and taxes which you, as the buyer, must pay
Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery

Add the items that you want to buy to your Shopping Cart
The packaged weight (in kg) is given in the product information of every item - this will help you to estimate the overall delivery price of your order
You can select your invoice and delivery country at the Checkout
All prices are stated in £GBP (excluding VAT). We currently only accept payments online in £GBP
If your billing address is outside of Europe then you won't have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)
You will be transferred to Actinic Payments to securely enter your card details or to your PayPal account
