Our delivery prices to overseas destinations are based on weight (the maximum of the volumetric and packaged weight of the products in your shopping cart).
If you are ordering multiple items then please feel free to contact us (email: sales@buybrandtools.com). We can provide more accurate (and possibly cheaper) shipping prices than those automatically generated by the website.

Delivery times
- Estimated delivery times for stock items are given in the Delivery Services section above
- If any of the items in your order are not in stock then we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel or amend your order - it's important that you provide us with an email address that you check regularly
Customs charges
International shipments may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. We, as the seller, set the item's declared value in accordance with customs declaration laws. As a buyer you should be aware of possible:
- Delays from customs inspections
- Import duties and taxes which you, as the buyer, must pay
- Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery
Your country's customs office will be able to offer more details.

- The packaged weight (in kg) is given in the product information of every item
- You can select your invoice and delivery country at the Checkout
- All prices are stated in £GBP (excluding VAT). We currently only accept payments online in £GBP
