Tramex MRH is the digital display version of the popular Tramex Moisture Encounter Plus MEP moisture meter.
Includes plug-in probes for measuring wood moisture content and relative humidity as well as an infrared surface thermometer and carry case.
This Tramex moisture meter is completely non-destructive and utilises electrodes mounted on the base, which transmit low-frequency signals into the materials under test.
The MRH meter has 5 different scales: wood, roofing, masonry, drywall & laminate.
This kit is ideal for inspectors, surveyors & technical field staff who wish to avoid the damage associated with excess moisture.

MRH III Meter - Features

Specific gravity adjustment for most wood species .
Deep signal penetration of over 1" into the materials being tested without the need to damage the surface.
External rubber electrodes make direct contact with the material being tested for best sensitivity and repeatability.
Wide range of readings for wood of 5% to 30% and 0 to 100 comparative for all other materials.
Large, clear, easy to read digital display.
Hold function enables the user to "freeze" the reading. Useful for taking readings when the meter face is not visible.
Audible warning tone that can be switched off.
Automatic power cut-off when not in use.
Automatically defaults to last user setting when switched back on.
Battery operated (batteries included).

Wood Moisture Pin Probe - Features

The Pin Probe mode on the Tramex MRH III is extremely easy to use - simply press the > button on the instrument and attach the probe.
Gives accurate readings in 0.1% increments over the entire measurement range.
Readings are displayed on the LCD display of the MRH.

Relative Humidity Probe - Features

When the Tramex RH probe is plugged into the MRH, it automatically changes to Hygrometer mode.
Humidity readings are displayed in both precentage Relative Humidity (%RH) and mixing ratio (grains/lb or grams/kg).
The solid state capacitive sensor in the RH probe gives fast, accurate results.
