• Estimated delivery times to European countries for stock items are given in the Delivery Prices section above
• If any of the items in your order are not in stock then we will contact you by email and give you the option to cancel or amend your order - it is very important that you provide us with an email address that you check regularly

Customs charges - Non-EU countries

International shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. We, as the seller, set the item's declared value in accordance with customs declaration laws. As a buyer you should be aware of possible:

• Delays from customs inspections
• Import duties and taxes which you, as the buyer, must pay
• Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery

Placing your order online

• Add the items that you want to buy to your Shopping Cart
• The packaged weight (in kg) is given in the product information of every item - this will help you to estimate the overall delivery price of your order
• You can select your invoice and delivery country at the Checkout
• All prices are stated in £GBP (excluding VAT). We currently only accept payments online in £GBP
• If you have a valid EU VAT number then you can enter it at the Checkout and tick the box to exempt yourself from VAT
• You will be transferred to Actinic Payments to securely enter your card details or to your PayPal account
• PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by credit or debit card then please make sure you enter the 3D-Secure code (password) for that card. This will help ensure that we can process your order successfully
